In this Video Vault, we hit the Bean Plant. The Bean Plant is a transition trick that people usually learn on small ramps before taking it to bigger ramps. The skater rides up to the ramp plants their front foot on the coping before jumping backwards back into the ramp. It looks super cool and dangerous because you have to jump put your foot back on your board and land backwards all at the same time. This trip reminds me of a bomb drop and it feels like it too. Commitment is the hardest part of this trick because you have to be 100% committed or you’ll definitely eat it. It doesn’t necessarily take a lot of effort to land this trick but it surely takes a lot of mental effort.
