YOU HEREBY ACCEPT AND UNDERSTAND THIS CONSUMER TRANSACTION INVOLVES AN OPTIONAL CHOICE THAT YOU HAVE MADE AND THAT YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR PAYMENT FOR PRODUCT THAT WAS SHIPPED TO YOU, AND FUTURE SHIPMENTS OF PRODUCT, IF YOU FAIL TO NOTIFY US TO STOP SUPPLYING THE PRODUCT TO YOU.
Shipping Terms
When We process Your order, You will be shipped a supply of Your selected Product. Shipments placed during the week (MON-FRI) are generally shipped within 24 hours. There are no shipments on Saturdays, Sundays, or any Holidays. Orders will be shipped upon receipt of Your order using the method You selected at checkout. I Love to Skateboard does not guarantee arrival dates or times, or will refund or credit your delivery or processing charges.
Customer Contact Policy
In order to allow Us to be in contact with You, an accurate phone number, e-mail address, and shipping address are required upon placement of Your order. If You have not received Your Product, You must contact Us. If You do not and I Love to Skateboard has delivery confirmation at Your address, We will not be held liable for Your shipments and will assume You have the product.
Delivery Confirmation Policy
As many issues and situations beyond Our control may occur during shipping, You agree that any delivery confirmation (even those without a signature) from the selected shipping provider will be sufficient proof of delivery to You.

Fails to provide sufficient information to allow for identification of real name, address, and/or other contact information.
NOTICE REQUIREMENTS
Any notice We may be required to give according to the terms of this Agreement shall be provided to You by postal mail or by email at Our discretion. Email notification will be sent to the last known email address provided to I Love to Skateboard and shall be deemed delivered once sent.
LINKS IN THE WEBSITE AND DEEP LINKING
Periodically throughout the Website, there may be links to other web sites and/or resources. These websites have not been reviewed for accuracy, content, privacy policies or availability of information and I Love to Skateboard is not responsible for data found on websites that link to or from any I Love to Skateboard Website.
