The Rocket Air
In this Video Vault we take a look at the Rocket Air in slow motion! This trick is an Ariel maneuver that is pretty difficult to execute. The skater has to get high into the air in order to have enough time to complete the trick. That’s the first step. The skater then must grab the top of the board with both hands and move their back foot to the tail of the board. Lastly, they must get their feet back on before returning to the ramp. It’s a hard trick to explain but when done correctly it looks like the skaters shooting in the air like a rocket.
