The Nose Stall
A Nose Stall is a basic trick and it is exactly how it sounds. Basically the skater rides up the ramp and does a stall on the coping using the nose of the board. This is a pretty easy trick but sometimes people are afraid to go back down the ramp fakie. Riding backwards is necessary for doing this trick and not falling face first. To learn this trick the easy way, practice doing little taps on the nose and work all the way up to doing a full blown stall. Learning to drop in switch would be a great way to practice for this trick. It is all about timing and weight distribution. The rest is easy peasy.
