The Judo air was named after the judo kick which is a martial arts move. The skater rides up the ramp and does a backside air while kicking their front foot off of the board on the toe side of the skateboard. It looks like the skater is kicking their foot in front of them rather than behind. The hardest part about this trick is getting the feet back on the board and riding away. Commitment is extremely necessary. It’s can be tough to feel good on this trick unless you’ve committed to it hundreds of times. The more air you get with this trick, the easier it is to land. Blast off and kick out that foot!
