The Staple Gun
In this Video Vault, we are back with a Ride Channel “How-to-Skateboarding” featuring John Rattray. Today John teaches the Staple Gun on a 4 foot tall mini ramp. This trick is known for snake bites in the ankles and major hippers. If the board does not come in straight you will fall straight to flat. Pay close attention to ensure that the board is going straight and that the front wheels clear the coping. When executed the Staple Gun looks quick and exciting. It is best to learn this trick on a small quarter pipe and then take it to the bigger ramps. Confidence is the most important key to doing this trick successfully. Practice makes perfect on this one so be sure to try it 1 billion times!
