The Nightmare Flip
The Nightmare Flip is also known as the Murder flip, and the Varial Double flip. Often times, skateboarding tricks will go by different names, which can make things a little confusing. The Nightmare flip is an easy one to explain though. Basically, it is a backside shuvit with a double kick flip. Before trying this trick it would be smart to learn varial flips. And then just practice flipping the board harder to get it to rotate two times rather than one.
